Black Panther

Black Panther is a 2018 superhero film, based on the Marvel Comics superhero of the same name.
The film is a sequel to Captain America: Civil War. It is the eighteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe,
and the sixth installment of Phase Three. The film was released on February 13, 2018, internationally and on February 16, 2018, in the United States.

Black Panther received the highest number of nominations for a Marvel Cinematic Universe film at the Academy Awards,
winning three.
It is also the first and only film in the superhero genre to receive a Best Picture nomination.

A sequel, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, was released on November 11, 2022. The second sequel Black Panther 3 is in development.
